All sales are FINAL. Due to the nature of balloon products and event décor, no refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances.

All balloons and balloon arrangements are inspected and provided in good condition at the time of pickup. Once balloons leave our store, we are not responsible for their condition, longevity, or performance.

Balloon Lifespan Disclaimer

Balloon lifespan varies depending on environment, handling, and care. The following timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed:

• Latex balloons typically last 8–24 hours when filled with air and 6–12 hours when filled with helium.

• Foil (Mylar) balloons may last several days to a few weeks.

• Vinyl lettering or designs applied to balloons may begin to lift, peel, crack, or come off over time, especially when exposed to heat, humidity, moisture, or friction.

Because these factors are beyond our control, no refunds or replacements will be provided due to normal wear, environmental exposure, or time-related changes.

To help extend the life of your balloons:

• Keep balloons indoors whenever possible

• Avoid heat, cold, direct sunlight, and weather exposure

• Do not leave balloons in hot or cold vehicles

• Handle gently; avoid sharp objects and rough surfaces

• Do not overinflate or squeeze balloons

• Store balloons in a cool, dry area

• Avoid excessive touching or rubbing of vinyl designs

Customer Acknowledgment

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Balloon lifespan is not guaranteed

• Proper handling and care become the customer’s responsibility after pickup

• We are not responsible for popped, deflated, damaged, faded, or peeling balloons after they leave our store

• No refunds, exchanges, or replacements will be issued for any balloon products

• Foil balloons may conduct electricity
• Do not release outdoors near power lines.
• Do not release helium balloons into the sky. Dispose of responsibly to protect the environment.
