Balloon Garland Installation Terms & Conditions

• Full payment required to secure your event date.
• Once installation is complete, responsibility for the balloon decor transfers to the client.
• Balloon longevity cannot be guaranteed due to factors such as heat, sunlight, wind, rain, humidity, sharp objects, and guest interaction.
• Outdoor balloon installations are subject to weather-related changes, including oxidation, deflation, movement, and damage.
• No refunds or replacements will be provided for balloon damage occurring after installation due to environmental conditions or handling by others.
• The installer is not responsible for injuries, property damage, or losses related to the balloon installation after setup is complete.
• Children should be supervised around balloon decor and rental equipment at all times.
• Any rental items, including stands, frames, backdrops, and props, remain the property of the installer.
• Rental items may not be moved, altered, or removed by anyone other than the installer without prior approval.
• The client is responsible for replacement costs for any lost, stolen, or damaged rental equipment.
• Cancellations may result in the forfeiture of deposits and payments already made.
• Event date changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
• The installer reserves the right to make minor design adjustments due to product availability while maintaining the overall style and color scheme.
• Payment of the invoice and/or acceptance of services constitutes agreement to these terms and conditions.
