• Air-filled latex balloons: typically last 1–2 days indoors.

• Helium-filled latex balloons: usually float for 8–12 hours, though treatments like Hi-Float can extend this to several days.

• Keep balloons indoors at a stable temperature; extreme heat or cold shortens their life.

• Avoid direct sunlight, which causes latex to weaken and fade.

• Once balloons deflate or lose elasticity, dispose of them responsibly.

• Do not release latex balloons outdoors; they can harm wildlife.

• Pop and discard them in household waste, or compost if facilities accept biodegradable latex.
